Highly likely. Homes here are on large lots, our closest neighbor is about 150 ft away. No fences, but our courtyard has a short (3’) tall wall around it. Hasn’t stopped us from using the hot tub, in the nude, of course, frequently. Neighbors are discreet.
We are in the process of constructing a swimming pool, which we’ll use nude as well. Along with an outdoor shower. Maybe even invite the neighbors for a pool party!
Oh and then, although not neighbors, there was the time that some construction workers dropped by to bid a job; I happened to be in the garage, detailing the car, while nude. They were cool about it, I just pulled on some pants to go talk to them.
I don’t think so, and if anything I’m very confident with my ‘No’ lol my sister on the other hand, I have a feeling that someone did but never said anything lol

Not that I know of lol at least no one has ever said anything to me about seeing me at any time.
