I have been a “plant” for a theatre show. The show ended with an invite for members of the audience to strip off and then go behind the stage where body paint could be applied. The stow team thought the audience would be reluctant and so that planted someone each night to strip off and see how many others followed.
Interesting to see that it did actually work!
