The answers for 1, 2 & 4 are all “Definitely”
1&2 because I would know how to tell her without her being embarrassed and 4 wouldn’t be a problem because the chances of meeting again would be small.
For 3 would be tricky, I wouldn’t know them well enough to make light of the situation and there’s a good chance wed meet again inn the future.
I’d also add that I would wait for a short time before saying anything and enjoy the view
