Solstice is apparently unofficially World naked hiking day.

Anyone fancy it? Hopefully there’ll be some pictures online about it. Bit surprised it’s on the solstice rather than the nearest weekend. Can’t see too many taking part on a Monday

That is an odd choice of day. Maybe they are hoping that a weekday might be quieter spectator-wise so more people will be brave enough to take part?

I meant to follow up on this. Did anyone take part? Or see anyone else taking part?

              Why?

That’s guaranteed to make it clash with other things.

Someone must have originally put World Naked Hiking Day on the solstice. They could just have easily said it’s on the last Sunday in June or something like that.

Was there a reason for picking the solstice as the day for the hike?
