        This lady doesn’t seem to be having any problems, but I know lots of us could find certain areas getting very achy very quickly if running naked.

          I have never been able to run naked. I would guess if you are running very far, such as a 5k, that you should use some lube to prevent chafing.

            I’ve often (well, relatively often) wondered how much damage naked sports can do to boobs.

              I have read that , for nude 5k runs, women will wear a sports bra

                I went on a nude holiday last month (something I will try to tell in another thread) and saw a guy doing his footing naked. I felt it might be extremely uncomfortable, but as a running beginner myself I tried on the same day for a few yards and had to admit it was easier than expected, but it’s definitely not the best.
