Signed up but when I try and sign in with patreon it says auth not received. Guess it’ll take time to come through

I don’t have any experience yet of how it works. I assumed if you are logged into your Patreon account then you will be able to see the Patreon-locked content on the site.

This transition is going to take a while.

I’ve corrected all the videos in the blog and converted 14 of the Vimeo posts from the Community Supporters’ forum. It’s going to take a few days to convert the rest. I’ve made a few tweaks to the forums but there’s a huge amount of work to do there.

Right now, I’m attempting to convert the Inspiration and bonus content. Please be patient, this is not going to be quick. I am no longer allowing Community Supporter Signups via the old system.

The badges for Community Supporters will be ending soon as there’s no practical way to maintain synchronisation.

I’ve transferred all the “Is this Art?” videos from the Community Supporter forum into the blog. Now I’ve got to sort out all the inspiration stuff, the other videos and some other things. I’m looking to add a fair bit more content too for supporters.

It’s taking time, but I think it’s worth it.

What price does everyone see for this site on Patreon?

I’ve been saying $4 (because it won’t let me choose £) but I don’t know if that includes VAT or not.

I see:

£3.50 / month plus VAT

and

2 patrons £6 per month

But the worry is that if the site is processing the payment in dollars, the actual charge might vary from day to day and/or a currency conversion surcharge might be factored in somewhere.

That’s why I quote $4 (The price Patreon shows me) wherever I mention it.  I’ve contacted Patreon to see if they can ungrey the currency button.
