For obvious reasons, this one only works with an all-female group. Each participant in turn is given the choice between stripping to the waist or stripping from the waist down. Psychologically this works because most women have an opinion on which is the more embarrassing situation. By choosing the less embarrassing of the two, making it seem easier than it is in comparison to the other choice, and they are choosing to expose the other half of their body which they would be more likely to resist if asked directly to do so.
