Slow response from me.

I’m rarely the fastest person when it comes to replying to private messages and e-mails but, for the past three hours I’ve received 37 private messages and, since I got up, I’ve dealt with 14 e-mails from community members (and one trying to become a community member).

I am also trying to build the event main page and adapt the menu system to include it so things have got rather hectic and I’m struggling to keep up with everything. My replies may be a little delayed, probably brief and maybe confused too.

Amazingly (for me anyway!), everything is still on schedule and it seems we’ll have 5 participants in the vote event. I badly misjudged how much work this was going to be so I hope it’s all worth it.

I’m still checking things over but, I think, we’re ready to go. Obviously, I can’t start accepting votes for candidates until the 9pm start time, but I think everything’s in place.
