No, why would you? If you are playing a strip game surely you’d be with others also playing and who you trust! Or complete strangers in which case why hide anything !
Depends on who I am playing with! If it’s with a romantic partner then probably not, but with strangers or friends totally! I don’t want them to see me naked if I can avoid it!
So far the only games I’ve been naked for were at naturist or clothing-optional events where the participants had chosen to be naked from the outset. So, there wouldn’t be much logic in covering up.
But I think if anybody takes part in a game where there is a requirement to lose clothing progressively, the rules ought to explicitly prohibit any covering up. And then, attempting to do so ought to be considered blatant cheating — pretty much the same as if somebody were to play in a gambling game and then refuse to pay their bid when they lose the round.

No, absolutely not. The point of a strip game is that the other players can see me. I would like to be able to see them too.

The few times this actually happened when I was younger, I definitely covered up. Now that I’m over 40 and this never happens, I would not cover up.
