Tweaks to the forum structure.

I’ve largely finished the modifications I announced earlier in the year now. There haven’t been any complaints so I’m assuming everything is acceptable?

Any other forum topics should be removed or merged with others? I’m trying to focus activity to make it easier to find conversations that are going on and it helps make the community look more active. Any changes which improve navigation or simply make more sense all help to improve how the community appears to new visitors.
