Martin’s Pub picture definitely has people in the background and my Layby was also a street and any Supermarket picture is also likely to have people in the background…

 

@ed If you (or anyone else) can come up with daring (but achievable) dares then lets have them 🙂

I have definitely been looking over the list and thinking about how to do several of them. #1 is pretty easy, but many of the others will require a little time and preparation. Also, as we get into colder months, some of the outside ones could be a little more challenging. Some could be easier, too, I suppose.

At Home Dare-

I took off “ALL” of my clothes and stood full frontal in-front of the camera. I took a photo and sent it to Ed granting him permission to publish it in the master dare list. I had the email in draft mode for many hours but I finally took a deep breath, closed my eyes and clicked the send button. I must assume that soon everyone on here will be seeing me wearing no clothes whatsoever!

Any interest in a 15th dare?

How about…
STAND FOR INSPECTION/Naked Hands On Head. In this dare you make sure everyone can inspect every inch of your Naked body as you are unable to cover anything since your hands must be on top of your head.
This cannot be a shot from a distance. It has to be close up, facing the camera, and you cannot be wearing any clothes whatsoever.

Anyone brave enough to do it? Your fully Naked body will be on PUBLIC DISPLAY and able to be very closely examined and inspected by anyone and everyone!

Being caught Naked outside in the United States will very likely get you arrested and even as a sexual predator. I feel we need more dares and opportunities to post indoor photos. Perhaps even a game where you try to get a photo removed but if you lose you get 2 more posted instead. Just thoughts….

Here is a crazy idea that could be a lot of fun.

You can apply to have a photo removed from the site once per quarter but…. you have to send in 2 more photos fully Naked with the application to remove the photo.

Some random game is played and if you win the game then your photo will be taken down as requested. But if you lose not only will the original photo not be taken down but 2 more will be immediately added!!

You can only apply to have 1 photo removed once per quarter but each time you risk having 2 more added. The more photos that are added the more difficult it will be to eventually have all of your photos removed since you are always risking more photos!

Do the math 🙂

I think that’s because you now you could/would see the person again – but I suppose one could ask if they minded first.

I think lots (but not all!) of people would accept that you are doing it as a dare and need a photo as a valid reason, but asking is key.

This isn’t legal advice, but my understanding (according to police guidance) is that if you:

• Are in your own home.
• Are not setting out to alarm or distress (offence isn’t mentioned).
• Offer to cover up or dress.

Then you are not committing an offence. If you deliberately undress in front of them, behave obscenely or are aroused, then you probably are. I suspected apologising at the beginning and saying you weren’t expecting the delivery yet would help too.

Unfortunately, many other countries are a little more repressive when it comes to nudity, so please check your local laws.

I read somewhere that Tesco’s warns its home delivery drivers that they will see around 4 naked men and 1 naked woman per week on average.

That would be extremely hard to do. Unless you told them or had a camera out on a tripod.

If you are worried about that, the simple approach is don’t do it. As it says at the top of the Master Dare List page, “Do not break the law.”  I try to offer suitable resources on that subject but I will not encourage anyone to knowingly break the law, but we all have to make our own judgement (unless you want to employ a solicitor).

Unless you explicitly tell me to publish the photos, I won’t publish them; no one else will see them.

Just curious, I don’t think I would mind very much but what is the policy if a picture needed to be removed?

If there is some reasonable requirement to remove them, of course, I remove them. Don’t make that too public as many participants have stipulated the permanency of it as a requirement for them.

My problem is that if someone were to demand their photos taken down during or immediately after an event I might have to refund the votes that went towards getting them undressed during the event.
