Is everyone having issues with the Private Messaging system right now?

It seems to be inconsistent, sometimes I have to click on the Inbox a couple of times before it shows anything. Hopefully the next update will fix it.

The problem appears to have gone. Anyone else still having issues with the messaging system?

It looks like one (or more) of the recent updates has completely fixed whatever the problem was. I can find any trace of it now. Is anyone still having issues with it?

I must admit I rarely use it. I’d mainly want to talk to women, but am conscious they can get swamped by inboxes from blokes so I tend to keep quiet. I do usually reply to messages though 🙂

The PM system is important to me (well, for the site) as it’s the go-to way to complain about problem members or issues like that, and it’s how most people ask questions about the community. There used to be a dedicated help forum but it was rarely used.

It would be good to see how much private messaging goes on (that I’m not involved in) but I don’t have access to any stats for that. I guess that’s another reason why it’s called “private”!

I have used them quite a bit, but in phases.  Either “discussion of mutual interest” that are not really for sharing or when trying to arrange meet-ups to play a few strip & dare games – although none managed to move beyond then planning phase

One of the things I’ve been very aware of for the past few years is that a lot more people fantasise about being naked (or doing the naked experiments etc.) than would do anything in real life. I know some people can’t actually get involved due to their circumstances or location, but for a majority here, there’s no intention of ever going beyond a fantasy. I’m sure this is why around 2/3rds of people who signed up for experiments disappeared (failed to reply to any e-mails etc) and over half the “women” who apply are actually men (and I don’t mean trans, they don’t live as female or anything, they are just men who thought choosing female on the form would allow them to queue jump).

Personally, whilst I agree, I’m one of those who would (and do!) go beyond fantasy provided I’m available and able. But i also have experienced the ones who might like the idea, but would never make it really happen.

The experiments are what kept me coming back originally. Seeing other who had done them, ordinary people who had shown it was possible not some paid actor on a porn website.

Seeing others turn out photos for experiments gave me the confidence to do so too. I prefer to think of them as experiences rather than experiments. I think it helps in my head to kind of treat it like something to be enjoyed instead of a task to complete if that makes any sense.

I’ve had a few pm’s with people, there are some for who the fantasy is definitely the thing for them and reality probably won’t happen but that’s life. I’m still happy to talk to people in PM as you never know that one moment you share with them might be that one time they gather the confidence to step a little bit out of their comfort zone. If not so be it can still have some fun helping others dream a little bit.

I would love to meet others from here at some point though. Getting naked in front of a camera is one thing but real life is much more of an experience.
