The title seems to mean something about self-portrayal. Maybe they set themselves challenges to do things they hadn’t done before. I wonder how choreographed and/or rehearsed it was.
If that was a naked experiment, each person could set themselves a challenge with the intention of carrying it out themselves. The group of like-minded and encouraging people would help each other get past their comfort zones so the tasks could be a bit more than people would be comfortable with under different circumstances. The twist would be that a random pair of people, or two random pairs if there was a big enough crowd, would have to swap challenges before the start.
