Optimising

I’m considering reducing the forums down to just 3 or 4, adding to the number of explanatory pages (maybe adding more FAQs) and focusing everything down to a smaller space. I might add some relevant galleries too.

There doesn’t seem to be much interest in doing another Vote-Off event, so I might reduce the existing ones to a page of galleries (one per event) with a brief explanation of what they were. I’m not sure if they should go under the “Experiments” menu (as they were a different kind of experiment) or “More”?

Is there any point in keeping the “live” chat?

In the main menu, I would like to combine “Rules” and “FAQ” into “Rules & FAQ” as it will save menu space. “Articles” will become a sub-menu of “More”.

Does anyone use the Navigation pane in the right column?

I’ve made a couple of the changes. No complaints, so far. That’s got to be a good sign (assuming anyone saw the changes!).
