I promised to keep an eye out for naked events. This is one near me, not in my county, but only a half hour drive from Cheshire and the Potteries, and there are a series all over the UK.

        https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/dorothy-clive-gardens-naked-heart-walk-tickets-1095403694939?aff=odcleoeventsincollection&_gl=1*x58k57*_up*MQ..*_ga*OTcwMTIxMTI4LjE3NDE1NjA5NTI.*_ga_TQVES5V6SH*MTc0MTU2MDk1MS4xLjAuMTc0MTU2MDk1MS4wLjAuMA..

If you reply with an approximate geographic location, I will have a look if there is one near you.

I’ve been looking at the court farm lakes walk for a while. Only about an hour from me. Probably the may date.
It’s only a short walk around it but it would be my first public event with others naked so I guess that’s probably easier to do.

I know there’s none planned in London so far this year, because I check eventbrite  regularly.

I did the one in RSPB Rainham two years ago. That too isn’t quite London, but it was near enough. But a change of staff meant that they couldn’t run it last year and it’s not on this year’s plans either.

Bit of a drive but there’s walks at Horsham 14 June and 14 September, venue Leonardslee Gardens. About 40 miles?

At first, I thought Leonardslee might be achievable, but it is not by public transport.

Getting there would be easy. There are trains from London and then a bus. But getting back isn’t so easy. There are no buses on Saturday evening.

The alternative is a 2 hour walk back to the station, which in itself is not a problem, but preferably not at night on unknown roads that may or may not have lighting or pavements. And then no buses at all on Sunday.

<p style=”text-align: left;”>That’s about a 5 hour drive for me. Not practical. I came to look because the idea of a walk that’s organised is interesting. Less of a crossover with the sexual area than the formal experiments feel, and maybe less completely male than I’m told the swim sessions tend to be?</p>
If one of there was within a 2 hour drive then I might consider it. I’d be on my own though. That’s outputting.

I’ll post a full list later today. There is another one in the north of England.

Crazy as the idea seems, I’d rather not be on my own and would be interested to arrange with a couple of you (even though it’s pretty obvious I would be the only woman).

                              I am interested.

I’m already having second thoughts about this I’m afraid. Planning anything that far ahead seems unwise. I think this whole thing is an example of an intense ADHD hyperfocus, which I will get past and move on from before that date comes round. I’m going to try to wean myself off this forum and get back to life. It’s taking over.

Maybe it’s time to take things easy for a while. Stand back and look at things from a distance. Come back here occasionally, even if it’s only to find out about possible future activities.

I can confirm that a Naked Heart walk would probably be a good choice if you do decide to go somewhere. They’re clothing optional so you don’t have to get naked if you don’t feel comfortable. The one I went to had about 5 women, one fully clothed, one naked and the others topless. Men will vastly outnumber the women but that’s to be expected at any naturist event, unless it’s specifically “couples only” which wouldn’t work for you unless you could get your partner interested too.

But for the moment you only need to put their dates in your diary and try to keep them clear. Then wait until a week before and make the decision. I’m sure I only booked a week ahead for mine.

I get heavily into challenging myself in 2023 and wary 2024 because of being here. It did kind of become an obsession for me to find new ways to be naked and get naked in public to experiment with my levels of caution. A couple of times I went to far and got caught. 1 situation wasn’t anything the other worried me a bit for a while and I took a step back for a while. I’ve learned how to control myself and stop myself from just doing stuff because i want to be able to post. Don’t get me wrong I’m still out doing challenges for myself but now it’s a bit less public and not more quieter times.

With some of us we go into things hard and start to forget about the real world and just focus on the one topic. After a while you can find easier ways to get a balance and sort stuff out. You have been a breath of fresh air livening up the chat the last few days. Would be a shame to see you disappear completely but do whatever os best for you. Hope to see you coming back still to check in sometimes

Update: despite what I said before, it looks as if I might be able to get to Leonardslee (or more precisely, might be able to get home the same evening).

bustimes.org is showing evening buses back to Horsham in June, but traveline.info (which I normally use for journeys outside London) isn’t.

It seems I need to wait until mid April to find out which one is correct.

I was worried about a random letter turning up on the doorstep relating to a walk. Kind of made me nervous to sign up, checked the faq and it wasn’t clear.
Well I double checked with them on email so you don’t have to. No letters,  all correspondence goes via email for these walks. Just incase anyone else was like me wondering about that letter to call them out on the doorstep
