Just a suggestion, maybe have an even playing field and have all participants wearing suits?  I know @stripmedown has a preference for suits!

Seems like a popular suggestion then. Can anyone NOT do a suit for this one?

I’m going to create a preliminary photo list later today (I hope!) so if a suit will be a problem, please let me know ASAP!

On a little different track, since Halloween is approaching fast, what about costumes?  Could be one costume to start, or different costumes for each stage, so long as everybody is subject to the same exposure per round of voting.

Seems the smarter dress theme for this Vote-Off Event is causing problems. Two people have already dropped out.

It seems unfair to those who have already sent in their photos to drop the sweater/jacket requirement.
