Late night walk

Looks like this glitched.

 

Last night I went out to a beauty spot that has an official entrance to the car park and you can walk out the other end too. From one end to the other is about 120 meters.

I decided to walk the road. I first started out thinking I could leave my clothes in the car in the car park, I got super freakishly cold and started shivering so turned back. I then sat in the car messaging someone for about 20 minutes.

Finally decided to give it a go again. This time I walked clothed the pedestrian exit of the car park. Set my phone down walked out to the road to check it was safe. Safe theres a funny thing about this. Once you start walking it’s just hedges both sides of the ride all the way to the actual entrance of the car park some 120 meters down the road. This is an a road it has a 60mph limit so hopefully anything that might come wouldn’t stop but it’s really not a safe road once you start walking you are exposed.

 

Anyway having set up the camera by the pedestrian exit i stepped out and started to strip. I put my clothes on the gate/fence and was about to set off in my trainers but decided to leave them behind as well.

I picked up the camera and turned off the video like an idiot. So I restarted the video apparently with cinematic mode on that makes camera movements smoother. Not sure how I feel about the video that came out of it. But I started to walk. 120 meters doesn’t seem far when Usain and others can run it in 10 seconds but bare foot and naked it took me about 2 and half minutes to walk it. During the time I was messaging someone I had only seen 1 car fo by so figured it was safe to just take a slow walk. Being dark at about midnight I had the phone camera light on so not only was i totally exposed but I was highlighting it. I checked around a few times but in reality if something did come I had no where to go anyway. The main road goes up hill then eventually turns off sharp left into a car park. While the main road is proper tarmac the carpark is very different compacted mud and stones this is not the best under foot when barefoot.  I’d parked the car the other end of the car park so I was still exposed to anyone driving past the entrance until about halfway back down the carpark. I still had to walk back to where id stated to collect my clothes and get dressed again. Having got back though the little wooded path back to the fence/gate I walked back out to check the road again before going back to get dressed.

The first video leading up to me shivering was about 3 minutes. The second part of the challenge for myslef took about 9 minutes to complete from starting the strip to being dressed again.  I spent more time naked in the woods later.

This almost became a live video show for someone. I was messaging someone who was showing as online and about to send them a zoom code before they then showed offline so It ended up just being a video thing.
