If you don’t choose your location carefully, there’s a potentially much greater chance of being seen by others but, other than that, is it easier or harder to get naked outdoors?

For me, it depends mostly on whether it’s a location where nudity is expected or not.
Over the years, I’ve been to a lot of outdoor locations where it was very easy to drop my clothes. And then there were a few where it was more of a challenge, though that usually added to the fun.
Indoors, well, the thing for me is that then it’s usually with fewer people. Then it starts to feel more ‘intimate’ very quickly. People can get different ideas more easily than in a public place. So in my personal experience, I would say I’ve had more challenging moments when getting naked indoors than outdoors. But everyone’s experiences might be wildly different, of course. 🙂

I feel like it is harder because there is that greater chance of being seen (at least for me). Even if an area is ‘safe’ one moment all it takes is another person to show up out of nowhere and get you into legal trouble. In your house or private setting, not so much risk involved with that unless you are truly careless.

@shynudedude83I think that outdoors is definitely much more intimidating, not just because it’s illegal in a lot of places, but when you are indoors even if you are naked you are still concealed within the confines of a house that blocks the view of most people. If you’re out naked in public or out in the forest or in your backyard even, anyone walking by could potentially see you, and you are all exposed and open to the outside world. Also something about being naked in nature just makes you feel more exposed to all of the elements I think.

Outdoor nudity is much more of a challenge. That said, if you can find the right place then once you’ve been naked for a few minutes it is a great feeling of freedom plus increasing worry about being caught…

Being naked anywhere for more than a few minutes is a bit of a challenge and nerve-wracking in a good way. Even being naked indoors for whole days when I’m home alone feels subversive. I quickly stop caring if anyone can see into the house though, and when I’ve read other people describing their naked week or whatever they often say the same. I haven’t been indoors naked with a group except when we’ve been playing games. It’s something I’d like to do but not sure how or when. One of the naked week reports I read (in a mainstream magazine) was a female journalist who did it with her fully dressed family and very quickly got used to it.
Outdoors is always scary. It’s not illegal here, and I live near some remote spots where I can stay as long as I like with minimal chance of meeting anyone else. It’s still a thrill though. I get jealous when I see pictures online of women naked in public. Men can’t really do that, unless perhaps it’s an artistic performance. People seem far more tolerant of unexplained female nudity than unexplained male nudity. So for outdoor nudity to be fun and exciting, I need to go places nobody else goes.
(I’ve talked before about my neighbour’s security cameras, but I still think it’s their problem if they don’t like what they see.)
