it takes extremely good conditioning.  I would swim, run, or bike nude.  not sure I would rock climb nude.

The way she’s prepared her body reminds me of body builders who wax and oil everywhere and look eyecatching performing amazing things on camera. It’s a complete artform! Personally I don’t normally like extreme body builders body shapes at all but some subtle ones look attractive as well as impressive.

She is in amazing condition.  I am told I am in good shape for a 60+, but , I am nowhere near in the condition she is.  I do have an idea of the work and sacrifice she has put in to attain that fitness.

I work with a guy whose wife is a female body builder. Stunning look and takes a lot of dedication and perseverance.
