Community rules

I’ve just had a go at improving the community rules. I fixed a couple of typos and have reworded most of them to make them clearer and shorter. If everything has gone to plan, the page is easier to read, looks a little less daunting and avoid ambiguity.

I don’t think there will be any need to update or modify the rules in the near future (hopefully!).
