Drawing a card sounds good. The waiter, who is naked, genuinely functions as a waiter but each time they visit the table one of the women draws a card. It may be to ask him something, touch him somewhere, get him to hug or kiss one of the others etc. It could all be kept as good simple fun so suitable even for a relatively quiet hen party. It could be that a very small number of the cards involve the person who drew it (or the hen) doing an unrelated forfeit, but nearly all the cards would involve the waiter.
