I’ve wanted to see a game called SCRUDO.  In the states, called SCRUE.  Almost identical.  “Colonel Mustard, in the drawing room, with a candlestick…” Pretty much the same.

The only reason I can think of for not allowing a participant in the first event to enter the second would be if we had lots of new applicants. It seems fairer to give new people a shot above others who’ve done it before. We’re not in that situation yet.

I’d be up for a new event, though happy to stand back and let others have a go if the numbers are high.

This event has caused such a surge of activity in the site, I’d like to do another one soon. It looks like we’ve easily got enough to do one but it would be good to encourage new people to join in.

Visitors to the site in the past two weeks are almost double the two weeks before that. November is shaping up to be the busiest month for at least a year.

Ideally, I’d like to do one with female participants (that would cause a bigger surge in interest in the community) but no women volunteering yet.

Is there anything we in the forum can do to:

• Help spread the word?
• Get new members?
• Get new female members?

I’ve been a member since last Wednesday and have loved every moment and made some new nude friends (you know who you are! X)

Recommendations in other communities and on social media would be a good start. Nothing beats word of mouth. New members tend to be a result of people visiting the site, but recommendations and letting potential members know that membership is free would help.

Female members? That’s a bit of a catch-22. What would probably work best would be several female members spreading the word directly but none of them seems keen on doing that and we’ve got VERY few female members.

Glad you’re enjoying the community. Expressing that enthusiasm in other communities might be a powerful encouragement to others to get involved.

I’ve been putting extra effort into online communities like Twitter, Tumblr, Minds etc., trying to spread the word about this event. I don’t have a presence on Facebook since they deleted my account. If we had 5-10 people doing the same, instead of just me, it could really make a difference.

With enough participants and voters, we could run these events back to back, include much more variation (women, couples, different age groups/ethnicities etc.) and if the community had a more reliable income, I can justify dedicating more of my time here.

One great extension to the site would be a chat room like true nudists

 

or a Skype group where members can connect to talk or cam. Might also be fun to do dares or a contest live on group cam.

We used to have a chat room but after about a year of it being dead, I removed it. A Skype group would probably be a much better way to go.

So what happens next?  I’m nowhere near ready to be potentially nude live on camera – but I might join with camera and mic off as a voyeur and see what’s happening?

I only check Skype a couple of times per day and I don’t have a consistent time for doing that.

 

Don’t forget the “Edit” button. Assuming everyone gets that? Or is that just me?

Yes, there’s an edit button. It doesn’t stay for very long (minutes, not hours) before a message becomes permanent but it’s good for correcting typos if you spot them fairly quickly.

I checked back – it was still there after 10 minutes but gone before 20 minutes.

I don’t seem to have any controls for that, not that I can find anyway. Mine stays permanently, but then I guess I’m the admin.
