I’ve been researching an article for a few weeks now with the aim of helping people who want to be naked but are too shy or lack the confidence to let others see them naked.

My aim is to expand this into a range of articles on the many and varied aspects of nudity, mostly self-help initially. I’m also working on a dare challenge list along similar lines to help community members follow a path towards naked confidence.

Worth emphasising that at places like swimming pools a lot of people have been doing this all their lives without even thinking about it.

Might make the step easier to take if they think about how often they have been naked in front of others in the past.

Or possibly get people to list when they have been naked in front of others and remember that it seemed natural, school changing rooms, doctors etc
