I’d be happy to accept someone wearing nothing but a say a wedding ring as being completely naked, but bodypaint is a tough one. I’ve seen bodypaint with such contrast or detail that you can’t really see the persons more private areas anyway, certainly from a distance. That doesn’t feel properly naked.
