I can’t see the photo but reading the comments I think I guess what it is… I once remember seeing a woman wearing a long dress that was completely see through on a bright sunny day, the sun revealed all her legs and panty. I sure tried to look at her anytime I could do it discretely but didn’t say a word, mainly because I was with my ex-girlfriend at the time but also because I was too shy to say something. I think I would still refrain from saying anything for case number 4, for the others I would tell the person.
