I forgot to mention but I did ask the help people from the get image AI place and this is the response they sent me: The thing is, our algorithm is still being improved, so it may occasionally make mistakes. But the general rules are listed here. We have restricted a bit more NSFW categories resently.

I honestly think that most people can tell the difference between AI generated art and actual real pictures of naked people, the AI can make it fairly realistic yes, but generally speaking you can easily tell that it was computer-animated, at least all the ones I have seen anyway. I think even photorealistic pictures while they can be very real looking are still obviously animated and not real photographs.
