The “bare feet” was to ensure a head-to-toe photo rather than stopping at the waist. I’ve just tried the same prompt and both photos came out with a woman naked but wearing an open suit jacket.”
I think it sounds like if you got a totally different result with a same prompt it seems like whether there actually going to be naked is just a matter of random chance then? Using the word photorealistic does seem to make the photo more realistic though.
