It’s hard to tell. My previous experience has been (with many other sites) that when I ask for clarification etc., they simply close my account. Flagging is sometimes by users, often automated (not sure with Patreon), but when I contact them, a real human gets involved and that’s the end.
I don’t have an alternative lined up so if Patreon drops us, it’s probably game over.
